Leading Dutch cryptocurrency provider Amdax asked for help in establishing the internal culture and improving the brand identity, levelling the results up to a cohesive channel strategy. Challenges included: how does staff normally not very well accustomed to brand strategy understand the relevance of emotionally resonating narratives? What are brand elements and how do they influence a company's operations?

Using internal and external surveys, interviews, workshops, applied analysis and recommendations I helped Amdax grow more comfortable with recognising what makes them spectacular – and how they can increase the yield of their phenomenal positioning for the coming bull market
